Site Orpheus

From fswiki

Site Orpheus is a mid-sized intake and triage center used for short-term containment, initial classification, and mutation stabilization, operated by the Keystone Initiative. Newly acquired subjects are evaluated here for eligibility within Program Metis. Site Orpheus is equipped to handle mutation onset events and includes secure medical isolation chambers, basic training units, and transportation infrastructure for subject transfer. Official documentation refers to the site as a “temporary youth assessment facility.” It is located in rural Pennsylvania, in the general vicinity of Scranton.
