Lila 'Hex' Martinez is a American-Mexican former Keystone Initiative asset, currently living off grid with her partner, Roman 'Torque' Petrov. She was known as a troublemaker at Keystone, refusing to be fully trained. She escaped pre-Snap, and Keystone was never able to track her down. When Torque tracked her down post-Snap, the two became loves, and Hex now assists Torque in cleaning up Keystone's unaccounted for assets.

Hex can temporarily 'scramble' a person's senses, causing short-term glitches in brain function. Examples include blinding them, confusing them, making them forget what they were doing, and causing involuntary movement. The effects typically last for 5-10 seconds per use.
